* Stop namespacing binary packages based on major version. Editor package is
now simply godot to avoid bumping every major version.
* Reorganize godot3-runner and godot3-server packages into
godot-template-debug and godot-template-release to be more in line with
upstream terminology. |

generation. Glslang proper requires use of a number of licenses, one that covers
