ggml is not stable yet, hence we ship the library and headers in
private directories.

ggml is used by llama.cpp and whisper.cpp. Their build processes are adapted
to make use of this library, rather than the embedded copy they ship with.

CUDA
----
This package can build the CUDA backend using the pkg.ggml.cuda Build Profile,
which is disabled by default. The sources to this backend are DFSG-free, so
the binary package built by this goes into the contrib section.
