x is 10:25h CEST, times are estimates and pretty flexible in handling

x  - Started md5sum check of the archive (655k/655k done)
     Currently failed: 32 files
     Luckily not more
   - Restarted the queue processings, so files end up on ftp-master
     (not yet processed there)
   - Release team runs britney in parallel right now, dists/ was
     verified as sane.
   - buildd folks test their triggers on new grieg (often sent)
   - queued is back up on ries

x+5h - We know whats broken, replace those or inform maintainers or buildd
       people as needed for new uploads/binnmus.

x+5.5h - Process the full incoming queue. About 10gb. This will take
         ages.  Running now. (all done)
     - Somewhere here buildd will get pushed again as normal
     - Tell d-d-a (done)

x+14h - Run a normal dinstall. Mirrors will see a big push. (done)

x+16h - (Hopefully) back to normal. (yes!)
